Client Agreement & Waiver

I understand and agree to all of the following:

• The cuddle sessions are NOT to be interpreted as sexual. All touching, both given and received, will be conducted in a professional manner with non-sexual intent.

• Touching with hands is limited to areas which would not be covered by a swimsuit normally.

• Both parties will remain fully clothed with minimum coverage being workout shorts and a tank top.

• Hands will remain outside of clothing at all times for both parties.

• Kissing of any kind, anywhere, is not acceptable.

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session.

• A current form of state or government issued identification is required and will be kept on file.

• Cleanliness and adequate hygiene are required by both parties. This includes showering and having teeth brushed close to the appointment time, wearing freshly laundered clothing, and no perfume\cologne worn.

• Both parties are requested to verbalize any unwanted actions before and during sessions. To avoid misconduct either party may guide hands away from an action or give 2 quick taps to stop any action.

• Session time begins at the requested appointment time, and session length may be monitored by a 3rd party.

• Should any of my actions be interpreted as inappropriate or a risk to personal safety, The Holding Space reserves the right to terminate the session immediately with no warning or refund given.

• Payment is required prior to the start of any session.

• Audio and Video monitoring may be used by the professional for safety. If this is the case they will verbally discuss this with me prior to beginning any recording.

• The Holding Space reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

• No specific information regarding the client will ever be shared with another party unless I, as the client, give written or e-mail permission and as required by law.

• To the best of my knowledge I am free and clear of open wounds, colds and other communicable diseases that are transferable to others through normal session interactions. If not, I will share this with the professional before beginning a session to gain consent to move forward.

• The Holding Space and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any property loss that may occur, or for any injuries that may result from a session. I hereby release the company and employees from any and all liability (except for gross negligence and/or willful misconduct) for such incidents.
